Our Story: 15 Years of Property Investment Excellence
With over 15 years experience JP has a unique, very much hands on, overview of property investment, and property and business training and coaching. His companies have empowered aspiring property investors and seasoned professionals alike. JP’s own journey includes working for a national bank, through to managing Credit Union. In his last employed role, he was Head of Property & Operations of one of the UK’s biggest property training & coaching companies and the largest private ownership landlords (outside of the royal family). JP was answerable only to the owner of the company.
He was the “go to person” for all property and business related queries and guidance, when other people didn’t have the answer, for the 10’s of thousands of coaching clients. JP has a deep level understanding of laws, rules, regulations of all the principalities in the UK.
He personally focusses on Wales for his own investments but to this day coaches and offers guidance to clients based with properties in other legal jurisdictions.
With profits of Millions of pounds over the group of companies, he was instrumental in its growth and profit creation. He helped create an FCA-regulated private bank, created a large lettings agency, as well as managing over 1,000 lettings properties with all the normal day to day operations of voids, refurbs, purchases, sales and tenancy issues. JP has advised local and Welsh government on property and housing white papers including the housing (wales) act.
JP also created many relationships with local stakeholders, local charities and councils. JP now undertakes his own property projects across South Wales, investing in specific properties and areas that match his requirements – while helping other achieve their own hopes and dreams of becoming financially free (however being financially free looks to you, JP and his team can help you achieve it)
