3-bed derelict fishermans cottage to 4-bed luxury home
This property, was derelict when it was purchased and using the correct planning and building consents, we refurbished it to get an extra bedroom in the attic, it needed a full rip-out internally, new electrics as well as new water and gas main installations. It needed new steels for structural work, to enable us to open the cottage up and create more space and new roof on the kitchen. It was refitted to very high standard and it sold immediately for above asking price.
It is based in a Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with views of Swansea bay, when the sun shines the property could easily be mistaken for being in the Mediterranean.

The project …

How it Began
How it started. A derelict building, just across the road from famous promenade, the property was in danger of falling past the point of being viable for repair. The purchase was made and the work began.

During the conversion
The entire building was refurbished, with a new kitchen roof, new windows and doors, new electrics and boiler system, an attic bedroom (full compliance) was added

How it looks now…
The outside was given a smart make over and inside new kitchens and bathrooms rounded off a stunning remodel, Grey doors, neutral decor, glass balustrades and modern appendages completed the look.
