This property was bought at an incredibly good price for the area it is in. The area was described by the valuer – as “the Beverly Hills of the Town” and he was pleased he had the opportunity to value such a nice place. The property was stuck in the 1970’s (it even had an opaque glass ceiling in the kitchen). So we completely refurbished it, including getting planning permission for a balcony to take in the distant views of the the Gower Peninsular coast line. The property now has a high end kitchen with Smeg appliances and compact worktops a large double garage, 5 bedrooms, and large tree lined driveway as well as a jacuzzi bath and stunning gardens.
It remains in our possession rented to a lovely family and we also have planning permission to put another 5 bedroom property on part of the garden to the side of the house. The property was valued 2 years ago at double of what we spent on the purchase, refurb and gaining full planning consent, and we are about to begin the build of the plot to the side.

How it Began
How it started. A tired and dated neglected home with massive potential hidden behind trees but with views of the Gower Peninsular that are the envy of most people – in desperate need of updating

During the rennovation
Every part of the property was given our full attention from the italian imported tiles in the kitchen and dining room to the chandelier light fitting on the stairwell. The property was given a top of the range refurbishment to ensure the interior was as eye catching as the view over the gower.

How it looks now…
The property internally, now matches its surroundings with one of the best views in the town the property is now stunning inside as well.
