This property was purchased in 2021, a 2 story pub with owners accommodation above. It is based in a Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which meant that planning permission was harder to obtain than normal. However we achieved the planning consent for 5 luxury apartments, with an elevator to all floors and parking. As well as views of Swansea Bay and Mumbles Castle, this property is one of the most sort after in, Swansea.

Belmont House is now a stunning addition to the Mumbles sea front. It remains in our possession and adds a comfortable multimillion pound price tag to our stock. How it Began

How it started. A bright green neglected eyesore of a building in the centre of Mumbles, just across the road from famous promenade within walking distance of the victorian pier and views of the 12c castle (also within 5 mins walk)

During the conversion

The entire building was completely gutted, all floors removed, a brand new lift shaft installed. Everything was implemented over and above current building regs, with Safety our main concern (sprinklers, compartmentalisation for fire, sound proofing, insulation, security and comfort)

How it looks now…

5 brand new apartments all with private kitchens and bathrooms. 3 bed on the top floor, 2 x 2 bed apartments on the middle floor and 2 x 1 bed apartments on the ground floor. Lift access to all floors and a roof top garden with hot tub and sauna planned for 2026 overlooking mumbles castle.
