This property was bought as small refurb – it was in very bad condition from a fire next door which spread into the property, it needed a new roof and new floors, new windows, heating, electrics, kitchen and bathrooms. basically it was a rip out and completely start again.
The property sold to a first time buyer at asking price with the buyer confirming that the finish and the new parking area out the back was the reason for the purchase)
